The Inaugural awards in June 2011 saw over 270 sponsors, nominees, dermatologists and friends dine at the VRC on food designed by three celebrity chefs and be entertained by Rhonda Burchmore.

Our youth ambassador, the 2010 Miss Australia, Jesinta Campbell delighted the group with her wit and also posed for photos with guests.

Award winners included Mallesons Lawyers, Parks Victoria, the Country Women's Association of Victoria, Trades Hall Council Vic and the Metropolitan Fire Brigade.

The event also raised $30,000 towards the foundation's education and research program.
